ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
The executive committee headed by the chairperson is the apex body of the company which conducts its activities according to the mandate of the General Assembly. The EC also consists of the Managing Director who looks after the daily activities and administration of the firm by the help of a team of regular staffs and the board of directors as well. The firm has two wings-Research Wing and Development Wing each headed by the Head of the Division. The divisions have their own consultants both in hand and in the roster who provide technical expertise to the firm. Above all, the figure given below shows the organizational structure of the firm graphically.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE GENERAL STAFFS:
There are 10 full time staffs in the firm who manage the entire administrative and managerial activities of the firm. The organizational structure of the staffs in the firm is as below:
